Opening hours
Every day from 10am to 10pm 



1. All guests are expected to comply with our rules and regulations, thus ensuring that the complex is properly managed with harmony and hygiene.

2. Chalés do Tejo Management reserves the right to interrupt and deny the continuity of the contracted service in cases of:

- need for maintenance, cleaning or any other relevant reason that prevents the proper functioning of its services;
- need to restrict access to specific areas for pre-booked events. 



1. Smoking inside any of the Chalés do Tejo facilities, including the chalet itself.

2. People with contagious diseases, visible injuries or dermatological problems from using shared areas such as the swimming pool, sauna and gym.

3. People under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

4. Crossing any fence that is not part of the paths within the Chalés do Tejo area, as well as damaging any other fences.

5. Making fire except when using specific equipment (stove/barbecue).

6. Dumping rubbish, sharp objects, dirty water and other waste outside the areas specifically designated for this purpose.

7. Any kind of physical or verbal aggression towards other guests, visitors or employees of Chalés do Tejo.

8. The practice of theft or robbery, as well as any other unlawful behaviour, whether or not punishable by criminal law.

9. The destruction or damage of trees, plants and other property.

10. Disturbing the silence period established between 11 p.m. and 8 a.m., unless there are cultural or recreational activities promoted by the administration and previously communicated.


1. Strictly comply with actual regulations and all other applicable laws and rules.

2. Provide any documents and identification information that may be required.

3. Comply with the hygiene and cleaning rules adopted by Chalés do Tejo, specifically those relating to the separation of rubbish in the existing containers.

4. Do not modify the interior and exterior characteristics and appearance of the chalets

5. Respect the well-being of other guests and avoid any acts that may disturb the normal atmosphere of Chalés do Tejo, especially during silence period.

6. All guests must sign a term of responsibility before using the installations.

7. Use of "beach towels" or towels suitable for the pool. These are available inside the chalets.

8. Accompanying and supervising children while they are at the Chalés do Tejo property, especially monitoring their approach to restricted areas.


1. All guests are kindly advised to read the rules for using the spaces and equipments (Sauna, Swimming Pool and Gymnasium). 

2. All guests are advised to respect the silence. They should keep their voices down when using the facilities in order to not disturb the rest of the other guests.

3. Please do not wear personal adornments such as watches, bracelets, earrings, rings and necklaces in the pool, sauna and gym.

4. We recommend that mobile phones or electronic devices are switched off or on silent while in the sauna.

5. The Chalés do Tejo management reserves the right to request guests to leave its premises:

- Guests who disturb the quiet and peaceful atmosphere, putting into question their respect for other guests.

- Guests who do not respect all the rules for the proper operation of the space.


1. Each chalet has capacity for the number of people according to its typology.

2. All chalets have an equipped kitchen, bathroom, bedroom(s), living room and porch.

3. Guests who stay at Chalés do Tejo are allowed to use the swimming pool, sauna, gym, reception, car park and pet access area.

4. During the stay, guests can request an extra cleaning service for an additional cost.

SALT WATER POOL - Unattended!

Opening hours:  Every day


1. Children under the age of 16 should only use the pool under adult supervision.

2. Animals are not allowed in the pool.

3. The use of standard swimwear is mandatory, even for children.

4. Children still wearing diapers are not allowed to use the pool.

5. Running, jumping and diving are not permitted under any circumstances.

6. Smoking is not allowed in the pool area.

7. For health and hygiene reasons, it is mandatory to shower before entering the pool.

8. Do not use the pool if you have any doubts about your health or any medical restrictions.

9. If you feel unwell for any reason, you should leave the pool immediately.

10. Persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs are prohibited from using the facilities.

11. Guests should take precautions when walking on slippery floors.

12. The pool may be temporarily suspended for certain periods of time for cleaning and maintenance.

13. Guests must respect current safety regulations.

14. Equipments must be used in accordance with the instructions. 

15. In the event of an emergency, inform the Chalés do Tejo staff immediately.


Opening hours: Every day from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.


You must book in advance at the reception and it is subjected to availability.


1. shower before entering the sauna.

2. Children under 16 may not use the sauna.

3. Smoking is not permitted.

4. You must not use the sauna for more than 10 minutes straight. After 10 minutes, you should leave and take a lukewarm shower and rest for about 10 minutes before re-entering the sauna.

5. Animals are not allowed in the sauna.

6. Guests in poor health condition should always consult their doctor before using these services.

7.Do not use the sauna if you: are pregnant, have heart problems, respiratory problems, low or high blood pressure, diabetes, fluid retention or skin problems. Guests with low blood pressure (even if they are not hypotensive) who are using these services for the first time should not lie down.

8. We recommend removing all jewellery or any other metal objects before entering the sauna.

9. Persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not permitted to use these facilities.

10. Do not use the sauna after a heavy meal.

11. If you feel unwell, you should leave the sauna immediately.

12. Do not leave clothes to dry inside the sauna.

13. Use a towel to sit in the sauna.

14. Guests should take precautions on slippery floors.

15. This area cannot be visited by outsiders if there are guests using it.

16. In the event of an emergency, contact a Chalés do Tejo employee.

17. The following rules must be complied with when using the sauna:

- Use towels and slippers.

- Do not remain naked:

18. If you exercise, you shouldn't go into the sauna without resting first.

19. At the first feeling of agony or discomfort, you should leave the sauna immediately and ask a Chalés do Tejo employee for assistance.


1. Persons under 16 years of age are not permitted in the gym.

2. Towels must be worn.

3. Equipment must be disinfected after use.

4. It is mandatory to wear clothing and footwear suitable for sports practice.


1. There is a special area for parking guests' vehicles.

2. Chalés do Tejo management is not responsible for any objects left in the car.

3. The management of Chalés do Tejo is not responsible for the security of vehicles and declines all responsibility for any damage or theft.

4. Guests can enter and leave Chalés do Tejo with their own means of transport at any time during their stay.

5. Cars must be parked in the existing car park.

6. If any vehicle is parked outside the area designated for this purpose, the management has the right to order it to be towed away at the user's own risk if it is not voluntarily removed by the owner.


1. With the exception of guide dogs, which are allowed in all areas of Chalés do Tejo in accordance with current legislation, pets are not allowed in communal areas such as the swimming pool, lounge, etc.

2. The management reserves the right to forbid the entry of any animal which it considers dangerous to the physical integrity of other guests. 

3. Guests must ensure that animals do not walk around unattended and that their physiological needs are carried out in the appropriate places provided for this purpose.

4. An additional fee is charged for each animal.

General Booking Conditions



Through the website, Chalés do Tejo gives the user access to accommodation services and bookings. All updates, developments, new tools and/or new web properties are subject to these terms of use.


1. Bookings made by clients are made using the virtual booking form available online on the website, which must be completed in advance by the client.

2. The reservation is considered completed from the moment Chalés do Tejo, LDA receives the respective payment of 50% of the total value of the reservation

3. The customer confirms the veracity and accuracy of the information provided.

4. The booking process includes the following steps:

Step 1 - Select the preferred check-in date and check-out date.
Step 2 - Select the preferred chalet. If there is no availability regarding the dates chosen, you must search again or select one of the other possible dates.
Step 3 – Fill in the number of people and the client's details.
Step 4 – Confirm and check the booking details. If applicable, enter the promotional code (voucher). Select the payment option (100% or 50% of the total amount of the booking) and the preferred payment method.
Step 5 – Follow the instructions provided by the website for the payment method selected.
Step 6 – The booking details and payment instructions will be sent to your registered email address. Only the payment details will be shown on the website page. Please also consult the General Booking Conditions and General Conditions of Use before making the payment.
Step 7 – Complete the booking payment, with 24-hour validity.

2. The price table can be consulted on our website and is subject to change depending on the season in question or even due to  temporary promotions. Consult the general conditions of use and the booking conditions.

2.1 The price includes the accomodation and a welcome hamper.

2.2 Price for one-night bookings.

2.4 Extra cleaning service is not included in the price of the accommodation.

3. High season is defined as the period between 01 August and 31 August.

4. Medium season is defined as the period from 15th June to 31st July, from 1st September to 30th September and the Easter period.

5. Low season is defined as all periods not included in the previous paragraphs.

6. The special season is defined as the period between 22 December and 02 January.

7. For the purposes of the booking/price table, the daily concept is defined from 3pm on the day of arrival until 11am on the date of departure.

8. During the high/medium/low season, no distinction is made between weekdays and weekends for booking/price table purposes.

9. There are four payment methods available for booking: ATM, MBway, bank transfer and cash.

10. Guests can book online, by telephone or by e-mail, paying 50 per cent of the total value of the booking.

11. If payment was made by bank transfer, Chalés do Tejo reserves the right to check that the payment has been made in order to complete the reservation.

12. If the customer has chosen to pay by ATM and payment references have been issued, they are only valid for 24 hours. Any payment made later must be communicated to Chalés do Tejo, and the reservation depends on the availability of the chalets. If the customer has made a reservation after this deadline and there are no chalets available, the money paid will be refunded.

13. All online bookings are valid for 24 hours and are always subject to payment verification. If the customer provides proof of payment, the booking will be considered effectively finalised and a message will be sent to the customer.

14. In all cases, the booking will always be confirmed according to the availability of the chalets and dates. Furthermore, the order in which requests are received will always be respected.

15. On the first day of the stay, the total amount must be paid in full at reception.


1. Reservations may be cancelled within 72 hours at no cost to the guest.

2. If cancelled after 72 hours, the guest will lose the amount already paid when booking. In the event of a no-show, 100% of the first night will be charged.


On the Chalés do Tejo website, "promotional codes" (hereinafter referred to as "vouchers") are available for products and services with significant discounts, which can be purchased by the customer in accordance with the present General Terms and Conditions and other applicable elements on this website.
